Squire's is restaurant with a simple and straightforward approach; serve delicious burgers at a reasonable price.While I can't tell you about the menu at large--though I've never heard bad things- the burgers never disappoint! They're full of meat and flavor, and I never leave Squires without a satisfying sense of fullness. I recommend the Cheese Supreme Burger!

Maybe it was a great burger. We wouldn’t know. The ambience was blah and the customer service was poor. So, after about 30 minutes of waiting, we left. Hanging out somewhere nearby and it’s much better.

Everytime we are back in NY visiting we try and stop in for a bite to eat. The burgers are the best, but everything on the menu is really good. Love the Rubens too! If you haven't you need to try this place.

Nice old school restaurant and nice neighborhood restaurant as well that has been around for over 50 years and has very good customer service and the food is good as well. I would go back there and try something different.

One of my favorite places for burgers. I also love the salad in the taco shell. I get chicken Caesar salad in it. The onion soup I do not like, but there is so much else and it can’t be 100% that I like.

All of the food here is incredible. The atmosphere is very friendly; a nice neighborhood pub- type feel. Bar staff is very accommodating and drinks are always on point.

The service and attentiveness to the customer are top notch, Drinks are expensive though!

Great food, the smothered burger is amazing, the bar has a good atmosphere and they have popcorn and wings for snacks while you watch sports on TV

Great find burgers are fantastic. Service is great. Bartender(owner?) runs a tight ship making sure even the restaurant is getting good service as he took our order. Also picked up something dropped on the floor. Anyone walking or visiting local trails great spot to stop you will not be disappointed

Best burger in Westchester! Also the best burger around well Beyond! Great Steaks, chops, Seafood, and much much more. Even the most simple desert like the ice cream cake is delicious! I recommend it! But be advised it's cash or American Express only - but that's okay as there's an ATM in the bar area

Food was decent. Got the Squire burger, asked for bacon mushrooms and onions, only got onions and mushrooms. Also place only takes American Express. Very odd to me.

Tried-and-true! In business 40-year's, and for very good reason! Good food at affordable prices, easily the best value in Briarcliff. They do not accept credit cards, except for the American Express card. Everything on the menu is good, but the burgers steaks and seafood really stand out! And if your meal comes with a salad or you choose to order one for dinner -- the house dressing is great! And don't forget their desserts, locally baked and delicious!

The burgers and steaks are amazing. They also have one of the best French onion soups in the area (though I think they call it something else). They have a classic dark wood pub motif which is nice to see if you're into the classic style.

I went there during weekday lunch. It’s so crowded. Cuz it’s sooooo delicious! I had philly cheese steak sandwich. The bread is crispy and soft. And especially the fries! Awesome!! I definitely will go there for 2nd, 3rd.....

try a burger! i rarely order burgers when i am out because i enjoy making them from scratch at home. was told i had to try one at Squires. glad i did. friendly staff and cozy dining room or bar area.

The Ultimate Burger is a real deal burger. If you go make sure you get the pretzel! Friendly staff too

The menu isn't long but the food is great. Priced reasonably. Burgers are awesome. The place gets packed so go on an off night or be prepared to mingle for a while with the locals. This isn't a younger crowd. it's a place where "everybody knows your name..."

The perfect burger. Seriously perfect. And the Onion Soup is to die for. The food is always consistently good, since I was a child. I just wish they would take credit cards (cash or AmEx only currently), and i wish they would bring back crinkle cut fries. Highly recommend!

The burgers were as I was told very very good. The waitress looked a little over extended but she was bartender and waitress and the lunch hour had just gotten over. But definitely go back and recommend to friends

It says best burger in westchester so I put it to the test. Only got the basic one, Squire burger with American, bacon and fried onions. Very good. HUGE, says 8oz, but there’s no way it had to be at least 12. We sat outside in their tents, they had fans going so no bugs, tables are spread apart no worry about the Rona, waitstaff wore masks. Thanks.

Incomprable grill with rich warm history. My husband grew up going here and we still seek it out decades later for fantastic burgers with cozy atmosphere. Never disappoints.
